Disclaimer, Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement

Shatterball is designed for emergency window penetration by First  Responders. Shatter Tactical’s sole obligation and liability for product  defects shall be at Shatter Tactical’s option. In no event shall  Shatter Tactical’s liability exceed the user’s cost of the product.

You must understand and agree that the use of Shatterball is at your  sole risk, and that you will be responsible for any physical injury,  death, or any other damages whatsoever resulting from use of  Shatterball. Under no circumstances shall Shatterball, it’s owners,  members, or agents be liable to anyone for any physical injury, death,  property or any other damages whatsoever including, but not limited to,  loss of earnings or wages, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential  or punitive damages of any kind that result from the use of or inability  to use Shatterball. If you do not understand and agree to these terms  and conditions, you are encouraged not to use Shatterball.  Prior to  placing an order, it is your responsibility, not Shatter Tactical’s, to  determine whether federal, state, country, and local jurisdictions prohibit the  possession or use of window penetrating products. By placing an order,  you, represent that the product is not restricted from manufacture,  sale, shipment, purchase, or possession. You expressly agree to  indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Shatter Tactical and their agents for all claims and  legal actions resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase,  shipment, ownership, and use of the item in compliance or violation of  federal, state, country, and local laws or regulations.

All products sold on Shatter Tactical are for use by professionals  only. Under no circumstances, will Shatter Tactical sell to minors, or  to any buyer, Shatter Tactical, in its sole and absolute discretion,  feels may use Shatterball for illegal purposes. Shatter Tactical  reserves the right to decline any order. By placing an order, you  represent that you are a First Responder and that products purchased  will be used only in a legal manner.

By ordering products from Shattertactical.com or Cttech.asia, you certify that you  are a First Responder. You also certify that the products ordered will  be used only in a lawful manner and that you have read, understood, and  agreed to the terms posted here on this page and in the Terms of Service . Shatter Tactical is not responsible for any physical harm or damage  from the use or misuse of any Shatter Tactical products.  You expressly  agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shatter Tactical for all claims  resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, and use  of the item in compliance or violation of federal state, and local laws  or regulations.
